Our Lamb Barbecoa is both aromatic, smokey and meaty. The Lamb is oak smoked for 8 hrs. We create a rich aromatic tomato sauce which we then stew the smoked lamb in. Served w/ Afghan Chutney.
All meats come vac pack and sealed. Place in the fridge or freezer.
Naan can be refrigerated or frozen. Sauces should be refrigerteted
Ready to simmer in boiling water for 30 - 45 minutes (depending on weight) from refrigerated or 1 - 1.5 hrs from frozen.
